Challenge

The challenge for Transparent Container Company (TCC) was how to promote total compensation value to a diverse workforce with both English and Spanish speaking employees.

Solution

At the suggestion of TCC’s long time insurance broker, they selected TotalRewards Software, Inc. (TRS) and its TotalRewards Builder web-based platform to produce its total rewards statements.

Results

Using this platform, the TRS professional services team created a fully personalized compensation statement for each TCC employee in English and Spanish to accommodate its bi-lingual workforce. The statements were also available online — in English and Spanish.

The web based administrative platform allowed TCC’s internal project team to modify or change messaging and content, preview any employee statements, edit or delete individual records.

With the online platform, Transparent Container was able to generate targeted e-mail promotions, tracked how many employees logged in to their online statement, captured employee feedback and generated an after project analysis of total compensation expenditures to present to their executive team.
